Sandi and family: Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. I knew Danny through the EMS side of his life. He was a great help to new members and always positive. He truly was a giver - of his time, his sense of humor and his passion. Thank you for sharing him with us. God bless you and yours through this time.

The South Dakota National Guard community sends our condolences during this difficult time. Danny will be missed here at Camp Rapid.

My condolences to Danny's family. I served with Keystone Ambulance for ten years and all of that time, Danny was part of my EMS life. Always happy to help and expand the professionalism of the service. Danny will always be remembered for his "peeps". The EMS world will greatly miss him.

Truly an honor to call Danny a friend. We worked together in Aberdeen and later at the State. The pride Danny had in his family was so evident. He defined the role of ďpapaĒ that many of us only hope to achieve. My prayers continue for you all. May the Lord surround and comfort you all. Rest In Peace Danny.

Sandi, my Family's condolences to you and your family. Danny and I go way back. We were good friends and Paramedics together, When I was the director of the Meade County-Sturgis Ambulance he worked for me during the rally. He always wore a smile and it was just a pleasure being around him. He will be missed by a lot of people and the lives of those he touched as a Paramedic, there were many, will miss him too. He was a good and honest man, I'll miss him. "Goodbye old friend, we'll see you on the other side"

Danny and I went to Sturgis high school together and graduated in the great class of 1969. So sad to lose another classmate. I considered him a friend. He was so helpful to me when I worked the Sturgis Motorcycle rally as an EMT. You did good Danny - rest in peace!
