To the Family, Thinking of you in your time of loss, Russ will be missed. Bob & Colleen
Rest in peace Russell. Our sympathy to all you kids.
I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Hang onto your memories. Shirley
Sorry to hear of your dad's passing, we have fond memories of him when Earl and your dad would cop the Vale dances, we had a lot of fun..We didnt know at the time 'we'd be making memories to share later in life" I pray God will wrap his loving arms around each one of you and give you peace
Just reviewed the notices and saw Russell's obituary and services announcement. As we are in Arizona for the winter We will not be in attendance in body but will be there in spirit for the family. I visited Russell in October before we left for AZ. We had a good visit and laughed about some old history of our growing up and going to Farview school together. His grandmother Stena (Holst) Felion and my grandfather William Holst were sister and brother. We visited frequently with the Felion family until in the 1950's when the Holst kids finished high school and left home. They have all been close friends as well as relatives. Our love and prayers are extended to all of the family.
I am so sorry to hear of Russells passing. I will keep you all in my prayers and thoughts in the next several weeks. May you all find peace and comfort in the days ahead. Russell will be missed by many.
Mike and family, So sorry to hear of your Dad's death. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I worked with Russ for about 9 years between the Vets Club and Sturgis Livestock. He was always so much fun to be around. RIP Russ, you will be missed.
Dear Cousins: So sorry to hear about your dad's passing. My sister, Kris, and I have such fond memories of going out to dinner with our Holdren grandparents, and Russell would always come out and visit with us if he was working that day. Please know you and yours are in our thoughts and prayers.
My condolences to the family. I have many fond memories of dancing with Russ and visiting for long periods of time whenever our paths would cross. RIP old friend:)
To the family of Russ, I know you guys dont know me, I had met Russ years ago at the Belle Fourche hospital. Several years ago when I was going to Leroys Dances he would always be there and he would always ask me to dance. Our favorite dance was the Tee Top Mountain Stomp... I had moved away for awhile and had lost track of him.. I had often thought about him and wondered how he was doing. He was a GREAT guy, I am sure you will miss him...My deepest Sympathies....God Bless you all..
My daughter, Brittany, had a wonderful relationship with Russ at the nursing home. Nobody made her smile as much as he did. She felt like he was family and made her feel very special all the time. She would have done anything for Russ and she was devastated with his passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. I know Brittany will miss Russ for the rest of her life and she's thankful for the time she spent with him. God Bless you Russ!
