Allen & Judy Heyd Kelle

Casselberry, FL

We are both so sorry to hear this sad news, the worst of which is that Clarence ever got sick in the first place. We would wish it all away if we could. Our prayers are with you and your family through this difficult time and the months of adjustment that lie ahead. Clarence was a baseball star to a youngster named Allen Kelle. He will never forget him, and of course, neither will I. Long Lake was a better place while all of you were part of it.

Thank you Virginia for the example you and Clarence gave to all of us Long Lake kids - a beautiful couple in love, helping us all to grow into responsible adults. Wish we could be there to hug each of you. God bless and keep you all in His loving care.

Clarence was a highlight for me each and every day in the summertime. I waited until exactly the right time each day to hop on my bike and ride the mile to the mailbox to intersect with him and the mail. It wasn't about the mail. It was always about the greeting and acknowledgement that he would give me...same time, same place, each day. I am so happy that I got to visit with him only a few days ago. What a gift! He was as sweet and kind as he ever was. I will miss him very much. My love to you, Virginia, and to all of the family. Love, Denise
